Advance Notice: Guests are required to provide an advance notice before the event date to cancel without penalty.
Deposit or Retainer: Brunch at Chelse's requires a 50% deposit to secure the booking. Balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event. If the event is canceled within a certain timeframe, this deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation Fees: If the event is canceled within a specified period before the scheduled date, the guest may be required to pay a cancellation fee. This fee can vary depending on how close to the event date the cancellation occurs.
Partial Payments: Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the guest may still be responsible for paying a portion of the total cost even if the event doesn't take place.
